Since the Products are highly customized, unique, and specialized:

  • Refunds shall only be provided for products determined to be defective by Kumi Badges, for an amount at the sole discretion of Kumi Badges, and only in the form of store credits/transfer.

Kumi Badges may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued usage of the Website after changes will be deemed as acceptance.

Kumi Badges may also change or impose fees for products and services, delete content, or update features without prior notice.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, with original packaging and labels intact.

  • Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.

  • Refunds will be issued as store credits or coupon codes unless otherwise specified.

  • Customized products, wedding badges, enamel pins, stickers, and special edition items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received in defective condition.

  • Claims must be raised within the specified time (24–48 hours depending on issue). Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.

In case of package returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, wrong contact details, or refusal of delivery:

  • You may request reshipment at an additional shipping fee.

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping costs.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Website and its contents are the property of Kumi Badges. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
